Excellent experience. I had a couple of questions on Friday, before Mother's Day, about the delivery. The patience and kindness shared with me was remarkable. My mother was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet. Ordered online to have delivered and everything a out the process was super simple and user friendly. Everything that was stated on the site was accurate and the flowers were delivered on the day of and at a reasonable hour. They also made sure to follow the special delivery instructions to make sure there were not any issues delivering the flowers. The bouquet itself was also very nice and received many compliments. I live in WA state and wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in FL. After looking at the offerings of several florists in the area, nothing really wowed me until I found Victoria Park. Here, I found many lovely options, but one in particular I loved for my friend. So I called to see if they had all the flowers pictured for that arrangement, and John was sooo sweet and helpful. He checked all of them and assured me it would look just like, or very close, to the photo. I was also elated that same-day delivery would be no problem. Sure enough, my friend received them and gushed over how beautiful they were. I even received a delivery notification by email, which I really appreciated.
