Most people may think twice before ordering flowers online, as they can’t physically see what they’ve paying for. However, that wasn’t the. Case with Victoria Park Flowers. I got exactly what I paid for. But there’s more… I had the most amazing customer service experience with my order, that I would recommend this business to anyone. I made a mistake by transposing my phn # on the order. The flowers were to be delivered to my cousin at his hotel, on the morning of his uncle’s funeral. However I didn’t include his room # on the order, and the room wasn’t in his name. And since I messed up my cell # they were unable to reach me by phone. They did send an e-mail that I saw 1 hour after the delivery time. Called my cousin who by now was in full panic mode. But Keith was amazing and assured me he would sort it out. He was patient in letting me connect my cousin on the phone so he could give him the address for the funeral chapel, he then called his driver and have him reroute to the chapel as my cousin had already left the hotel. Not only did the flowers got to the funeral on time, Keith called me back as he promised to advise that the flowers were delivered. Now, if that’s now Platinum service, I don’t know what it.
