Whether it's two stars pushing us to improve or five stars patting us on the back, we need to know how we are doing. I remember one of the first negative reviews received while I have been working here. The first reaction of Steven was, " Find out what we can do to change his mind." That is what we did. We called, we listened, we picked up the previous arrangement and delivered a new one, with an apology and to his liking. Within 12 hours two stars changed to five and our customer service went from not listening to one of the best experiences he has ever had. Not all swings are a hit. Some are a miss and some do not give us a chance to try again but we want our customers to know that we earn our five stars. We work just as hard for the three's and four's as well. When we get a two or one we step up and do what is needed to make sure the customer gets what they paid for. No one is perfect but we strive for it with every single order.
