Working with clay is not new around here. Steven had a strong passion for it up until a year ago when he went through a personal tough time. Now, with the addition of Sara to the team; he has gotten his love for clay back! He brought out the wheel, made some room in the front design window and let Sara do her thing. In one day she was able to hand craft five unique pots which will later be used to pot plants. We are excited about this project at Victoria Park Flower Studio because it is another creative outlet we can use to make new designs and utilize our plant inventory in a different way. Plus, with custom pots we will be offering a product that no one else has and one of the things that separate us form other florist is the fact that we do not like to mass produce. We like to stay fresh, innovative and creative with what we do. Sure, we do like certain flowers or looks but as a whole we are about reinventing and seeing things in a new light. As we get more comfortable with the clay making who knows; clay making classes could be next. Anything is possible at Victoria Park Flower Studio :)
