Oh, the regulars! The ones that as soon as I type in their last name their whole sales history pops up. We love new customers at Victoria Park Flower Studio but there is something special about getting a order from someone who sends to the same person every time and wants the same arrangement every time. A sort of comfort in knowing we can't go wrong and they trust us. One customer has a vase worth more than my car and she gives us a call every two weeks to put something together with this vase for her foyer. It is a treat to see what design comes up with because she gives no more direction than to make it bright, or for the holidays or simply...make it look nice. Customers like this that we know, and have built a report with are just as valuable as the new customer, and we treat them as such. Never taking their order for granted and giving them our best each and every time.
