This flower is constantly amazing me! The Peonies starts off with the most modest look. A ball that is solid and unassuming. Once it begins to bloom it opens up little by little to reveal more petals than I think the human eye can count. The guard petals naturally fall to the side and the inner petals stick straight up as though they are reaching for the sun. Once the flower becomes fully open it reveals the most precious find and that is the pollen seeds. The part of this flower that makes it possible to continue to be. This arrangement stopped the shop in it's tracks with everyone wanting to take as look and some; wanting to take credit! That's a whole other story...lol. For the majority we could not stop taking in the beauty of this arrangement. Stevens words," Let her get pictures to blog it!" Guess what I did? I got those pictures and this is the post. It is amazing to have this outlet to share these moments with you and even though this piece is on it's way to it's rightful owner; we will have the memory of it long after the flowers serve their purpose. What a beautiful purpose they have.
