This question is usually asked right before a complaint is made. It is an intimating question when you know that what usually follows is not good. The owner of Victoria Park Flower Studio is Steven and he is big on us being a family, a team and able to handle situations together. This is important in an environment that is very creative, intense and close nit. If I don't know what to do, I can lean on you and vice versa. The design team knows how to look up prices, the sales team can pot an orchid and the drivers know how to answer the phones. It is refreshing to look at teamwork as just that and not "passing the buck" because there are situations that require more than one point of view or even require us to step outside of our comfortable title and put on a new cap to fit the need of the customer. How frustrating would it be to know the only thing standing in the way of completing an order is the fact that the person your dealing with doesn't know the system, doesn't know how to arrange flowers or doesn't know the area? We at Victoria Park Flower Studio try to avoid any and all pitfalls so if that means each person knows a little about each department; so be it. Just speaking for me, I have hopped behind the wheel and done deliveries, I have trimmed and arranged roses for a customer looking to get the $9.99 cash and carry special and I am known for my customer service skills. I will put on the cap that fits the situation because like Steven says, "We are a team," and teams can't do it alone.
